While being a chef is my career. I have found a deep love for creating healthy recipes and using fitness to change my life, so I obtained my personal training certification. I believe that sourcing your own food is one of the most rewarding things you can possibly do. So I turn to gardening and hunting to provide just that. I am also a certified free diver, and an avid spear fisher. I'm currently on my way to becoming a dive master (clearly I love the ocean). I am completely addicted to life on the farm with my menagerie of animals and I truly feel there is no better way to end the day than with a glass of bourbon, a great charcuterie board, and watching the sunset with your loved one.
