As a dual trained chef, sommelier, fitness trainer, hunter, spearfisher, and now farmer, it's my mission to show that getting back to our roots of homemade food, gardening, and hunting is more attainable than you might think. Getting back to our roots and working with our hands in and out of the kitchen is what I want to show my audience.
Cooking can be fun and easy! I want to pass down all my professional chef techniques to help make everyone a chef at home. I also want to connect people to where their food comes from. In a world full of artificial food I want people to get back to our roots and connect with nature.
