If you have been following my Instagram lately then you will have already noticed the abundance of oysters on my feed! I can’t help it, I absolutely love oysters! And with summer coming up there is nothing better than a cold glass of white wine, oysters and friends, if a beach is involved, well then its even better! I can eat oysters without anything on them, I think their natural flavors are amazing as is. But sometimes a great mignonette can take them to a whole new level of awesomeness! So here are my 3 go-to mignonette recipes that I absolutely love! I prefer to serve mine with a glass of chilled Rose but you do you Boo!
My Take on the Classic Mignonette
Ingredients:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons minced shallots
-
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Pink Peppercorns
Directions:
Combine everything together in a small serving bowl, gently stir to combine.
Spicy Mignonette
Ingredients:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-
2 tablespoons Yuzu juice
-
1 teaspoon sriracha, add more if desired to increase heat

1 tablespoon minced shallots
-
zest of half a lime
Directions:
Combine everything together in a small serving bowl, gently stir to combine.
Rhubarb Mignonette
Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Myer Lemon Vinegar
-
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-
3 tablespoons minced fresh rhubarb
-
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pink peppercorns
Directions:
Combine everything together in a small serving bowl, gently stir to combine.
