Well, here we are on day bazillion of Quarantine, we aren’t sure exactly what day of the week it is! LOL! But now that the weather is starting to warm up we can at least hang out in our backyards. So why not throw something in smoker while you’re getting some Vitamin D!

I gave the cool dudes at Field Ethos the recipe to my perfectly smoked pheasant. I served it with a smoked edamame puree, grilled onion, shaved fennel and blood orange.
